First before i believe you are a hard gainer can you go into what your nutrition looks like on the daily ?

Everyone who has ever said I’m a hard gainer simply doesn’t eat enough or time the foods properly.

I know... I used to say this same thing..... “I’m a hard gainer” lived my entire life at 120lbs... if your nutrition isn’t on point then the magic pills won’t do anything for you.

Address the root cause before jumping on the magic carpet ride.
120lbs ? God damn are you a midget ? I haven’t weighed 120 lbs since I was 9 lol.

Take this mans advice, he is the Gandalf of this entire board.

@LildikLenny i can’t comment on the hcg and it looks like the pct is good but it’s been a while since I’ve done that so I can’t swear to it. If this is your first cycle and you are going to run something regards of what any one say my advice would be this. Drop the dbol. Run test at 600. Still a Monday Thursday pin. Take .5 adex on Monday and Thursday. Run for 12 weeks but make sure you have pre blood work done and again at 6 weeks and again during the end of your pct to know where you are at. Any other questions just ask. No one will mind some naked chick pics. Just make sure she’s yours because we will find out if she isn’t. If you post some random Instagram ass and claim it’s yours you’re done here.
@LildikLenny this is some of the best advice you’re going to get!
Only thing I might suggest any different would hold off on the adex until it is needed. You may not even need it at all. Bloodwork will tell for sure. I only add it in when I feel it’s needed myself.
Test only and eat man!

Not a midget lol [emoji23]

I was super skinny due to lack of eating, fooling myself etc.

I eventually decided it was time to take charge and gain weight Via research on nutrition, mineral, vitamins etc. put together a plan of action and soon the weight came on.

You still working with atlas? Looking beasty, keep up the good work!
Thanks bud.
Recently finished up my 3 months with them. Decided to take a break do to my business being in busy season for a while. I’m still following the meal plan. They taught me a lot and helped me get where I’m at. Lost 20lbs of fat. Barley lost some strength and little to no size lost.
