lol don’t cut it out, if it’s that ridiculously bad a derm would need to cut the gland out, but I’m guessing it’s not that bad. The way you can treat it is if it is indeed a cyst you can take a thin ass needle and poke a hole around the tip and squeeze out as much of the sebum out. After that it should slowly disappear over a couple weeks. Sounds painful but it’s really not.

I stuck a slin pin in it one time to try to draw stuff out and nothing every came out. It’s not bad, it’s just ugly af.
Ask about the BAC Water also. I'm also pretty confident in stating that it's totally gtg

Draw like into a syringe? if so that’s prob not gonna work, too thick, like nacho cheese lol. Gotta pinch the cyst and stick the needle about midway thru and gingerly squeeze it out. If you did that and still nothing well sometimes it won’t come out. Good chance it’ll go away on its own. Or just show it to a dermatologist to confirm it’s a cyst and they can treat it properly.

Ah lol ok it’s prob not gonna resolve on its own then if it’s been there 3 years; if the poke & squeeze don’t work then the dr would have to remove the gland. And lol although a pic would help diagnose it I will go ahead and say fwd the pics to titty or Worf as they’ll passionately appreciate them

Not sure. I know they have a shit load of different size needles and syringes as well as slin pins. I just get the basics. 3ml and 10ml 18g 21g 25g. Check it out. Sounds like what you want might be a little bit of a speciality item but check it out maybe they have it.
