Last bloods I took was after my last cycle about a year ago and my test was the same at 280-290.

I have pct’d after every cycle with hcg, then following 6 week nolva and clomid.
Well you and I are in the same boat. After 6 cycles I dropped my test down to 276 from a base of 630 3.5 years ago. Now at 37 I’ll be paying for this till they throw dirt on top of me. Go be honest with a DR and see if you can find someone to help you do this safely. I found a clinic who is going to help me but it sounds like it is going to cost me about $800 upfront and 300 a month. I played with fire, and got burnt...

You talking in terms of him helping you with TRT or trying to raise your test back up to normalish range?

Have you thought about just administrating your on TRT?

Do you not have insuranc? I went to my urologist with low blood work and told him my symptoms. Wrote me a script for test and adex. 1 visit every 6 months with bloods included. $25. Pfizer test cyp 150mg a week. $64 with syringes and needles for 6 months.

I done some research and apparently opiates can affect your test levels.
For years I was on high doses of oxycodone for my herniated and bulging disks which ultimately turned into an addiction.
I don’t want to place blame on that however I have been trying to research it more to see what the long term effects of opiate addiction can do to T levels

Yes I have insurance and went and they said 276 was acceptable. So I had to find a TRT clinic.

Yes, but I want to make sure I don’t fuck myself up more than I have. They are doing heart tests and everything for that. Worth it my eyes.

I doubt my test or your will make a huge recovery. At 37 I’ll be losing test every year so it’s jusy a matter of time.

Did you go to a urologist? Maybe try a different dr?

For sure. I get your point. I believe most insurance allows two “wellness” checks a year, which covers full blood work.

No I went to my family DR
Go see a urologist. Tell him all your symptoms and being tired with no energy and nonexistent sex drive. If you have an old lady have her go with you and co-sign you not giving her any D.

Most all family dr won’t fuck with trt. They simply just don’t know enough. That was told to me by a family dr friend of mine.

Has anyone actually told their doctor they take AAS? How did it go, and what was the outcome?
I have, went fine. Said he understood and will work with me. I however decided to take MY health into MY own hands. He just won’t prescribe TRT because I’m borderline low, he’s a treat the numbers not the symptoms/individual type doctor. Plus his religious stupidity pissed me off. Nobody tells me what I can and cannot do anymore

Well , I like the idea of doing what you want, but I want my insurance to pay for all the other stuff lol!

I went to an endocrinologist I believe.

Good God I've been recklessly playing with fire since 18. Nonstop except for a drug addiction break followed by a prison break.

I'll be sooooooo burned by 30 man
I wonder how low a base testosterone level can possibly get :D

Yea I’m dead honest with my doctor. He’s awesome he does my bloodwork and will go over things with me. Couldn’t be happier about the decision to be honest with him. Insurance most of the time will not cover TRT to my knowledge. Way cheaper to do it yourself
