No not from the soreness. But when you contract your muscle when you lift that particular muscle group you will feel it greatly. This helps you to focus on that squeeze and make the connection between mind and muscle where the contraction should be.

I just got a 50 pack of 27g 1/2 inch to try out. I figured it was worf a try

takes a bit longer to draw but makes pinning easy. The punch right in nice and easy in any of the main injection sites

I use 25g 1 1/2” I pin Tren A everyday hasn’t been bad at all I rotate between left and right glute. I think I’m going to add my delts in the rotation
