I find it hard to believe that there was so many touchdowns up to this point and myself included have never had a problem. Seems like 2-4 days is the norm. Is this a repeat customer? Or new? If it was someone who is new I’d say it’s kind of weird. Someone that has been a repeat customer and never an issue before I think it’d be up to you if you’d do that. You are the one in charge of everything.

I order more than I need all the time to happily hit the 200 minimum. Hell, I was doing it before there was a 200 minimum,lol
If he’s not being a pain in the ass about the first order that your tracking shows was delivered and this is all it takes to make him happy then I would let him order.
If he’s being an uppity cunt then he just wants more and more, you’ll never make him happy no matter what you do so you can nicely tell him to go fuck himself. [emoji106]

I still find it strange that there is a problem just on a new guy. As far as I know ( I could be wrong) there hasn’t been a problem up to this point. If this has happened a handful of times I’d agree more. I’ve never had a package say “delivered” and it not be there. Lot of package thieves now a days too.
