@Fitfemale31 depending on how many weeks are left that you plan on taking the anavar you could take 5mg in the morning and 10 in the pm or PWO. Just pay attention to your body. Then depending on sides move up to 10/10 but I wouldn’t run 20 for more than two weeks. At that point you’ll have a good base line for what you can handle. Then next time maybe you start at 15 for half the time then bump to 20 for the last 3-4 weeks. Again making sure you are keeping an eye on things like acne. Voice. Enlarging of the little man in the canoe. You can always step it down or stop if things look like there might be an issue.
Bro... Yesterday my coworker passed out and dropped a part (80-100lb jet engine part) and fell face forward and landed on it. Woke up had no idea what happened. It's not worth the side affects that come with staying on. In 10,20 or 30 years from now people will have to deal with the health consequences that come with AAS abuse and I don't want that. I'm not trying to get liver, heart or kidney transplant so I do my best to be strict about my B/C.
