Does it hurt? I have a popping knee, sometimes when I’ve done squats as light as 135lbs you can hear several loud pops, in fact most of my joints make some kind of weird noise, not loud popping like my knee but it’s always painless. Next time I go to the dr I’ll mention it cause I’m curious. Even my chest will occasionally make a weird noise.

I guess all them bullets fired at me from the Connors has caused some damage.

Need advice. Here is situation:

Customer has stopper pieces in a vial. He wants whole cycle replaced (305 worth of 415 total order) never had stopper chunks issues before this customer. Yet all his vials are ruined. I offered refund in exchange for pic of broken vials/useless gear. He refuses saying i won't send his refund.
At first he wanted total replacement but i figured that would lead to 2 shipments with same accusation then a refund, so i figured i would save myself some gear and offer the refund first. So how do i proceed. Just issue refund without evidence of destroyed gear and blacklist him? Thoughts?

Edit. NVM. Sent the refund and added to blacklist.
