I like when they die and people are like “RIP! You’ll be missed!” Uh no. You didn’t even know them and they sure af don’t know or care about you. And I HATE those people who find their identity in pro sports teams. When they get obnoxious at sports bars or when they call an NFL or NBA team “we”.... there is no “we” dumb ass.. you are not part of the team.

Tbh I feel worse for orca’s held in captivity in that shitshow known as sea world than I do about celebrity tragedies. Or even worse this pos mother that pimped out her own 10 year old daughter to a bunch of dudes that raped, strangled and dismembered her, now that was very sad and blood boiling at the same time, couldn’t even read the whole article it was so fucked up. What happened to that girl is more tragic than some actor from an ancient soap opera dying of a stroke, or a 60+ comedian hanging himself.

Not individually but Hollywood as a whole is disgusting, protecting rapists and predators while lecturing the world about morality. That’s why orcas taken from their families or pods to do shows or messed up things happening to little kids matter more than Hollywood crap. Sure I’d be a little sad if someone like Sean Connery died, but guys 90, wouldn’t exactly be a tragedy.

So I should go straight to a urologist when the time comes?

If you can, this is the route to try at first...but might be tough to find a good one who understands the difference between "within range" and "optimal."

Last time I got bloodwork a couple months ago I came back at just over 290 TT.

Urologist said I was barely outside of range and that he doesn't like to prescribe TRT unless someone is sub 200, and they shoot for a 400 TT target when they do prescribe.

Primary care doc said the same thing.

My insurance says anything below 300 qualifies for TRT, and I can be prescribed up to 200mg a week, with up to 800 TT on bloodwork.

Crazy that a health insurance company would have a more forward view on treatment than a lot of doctors...

We smashed deads yesterday evening. I decided I’m doing a 5/3/1 variation to track my dead and squat. So I did 6 sets of 5 ending at a moderate 405, then the real fun began...banded deads with 225, stupid tension at the top, then fight the negative all the way to the floor. 4 sets of 5 with that. Pretty awesome back pump. Super setted the banded deads with upper back movements.
