Since he just popped into this thread I just want to give a big thanks and shout out to @Wunderpus. Any of you bitches want a serious program him and @mands aka @Atlas_Physiques will beat you till your sore as fuck. Literally tonight an older guy that I talk to at the gym. He’s an old school lifter. He said to me that this is the biggest and fullest he’s ever seen me. Shoulders traps and back are full as fuck. The belly isn’t looking to pretty but in two weeks I’m looking forward to progress pics and measurements. I really fucking hope I can see it in the pics and measurements.
When I met @mands I was having a tough time breaking 268. It was like the s&p 500 with 2800... just couldn't get past it. I remember @johnnyBALLZ and I were walking into the restaurant we were meeting mands at and i remarked that we had no idea what he looked like so how the fuck were we gonna know who to sit with- and then we saw that fucking ox. I'm sitting next to him realizing that a trained my ass of but it clicked just how much food I would have to eat to get mass like he has. Fucking traps the size of my thighs and shit. Force feeding started the very next day. I hit 292 and felt like I was going to die every day- but that last 25 lbs was just from meeting him.
All that shit is the reason why I say the strong opinions I do. I'm not entirely sure what you said, but if a person has 100 payments in and packs haven't left yet even the best guy in the world is going to have to burn 100 people. I don't know titanium and I don't know shit about him- nor do I care. I just know that I have seen quite a few sources come and go and this dick riding phase is always comical in retrospect. I’m trying for 220 by the end of the month. A solid 220. Not a 220 because I ate a Costco sized bag of Doritos a 2 gallon bottle of soda and a shit ton of Chinese food. If I do I’ll have done 10-15 pounds in 8 weeks of mass. It’s not all lean muscle but it’s certainly not all bloat and fat. It’s been hard trying to maintain the eating so definitely curious what the end will look like. I’m not going to lie the biggest take away from your response isn’t relating to the difficulties in food consumption. It’s the fact that you three were all in a restaurant together. I think that is so fucking cool. I would absolutely love to sit down and crush a meal (and some beers) with some guys from here and just shoot the shit.

While I agree with what you’re saying, titter has his act together. He’s not your typical person of this time era. I don’t think he would accept orders if he was in a situation where he couldn’t compete the task. My .02 maybe a few others will chime in. No dick riding here, just a customer. I will place another order tomorrow, regardless of minimum update.
