Couldnpossible make a certain code.
I.e. ag106
And just have a list of those codes. Then once you get an email with the code you can verify it but no email nor name/address is ever connected to it.

Yes some sort of hidden within the email sign or something. Maybe you tgi come up with a few and that way your chosen ones can continue to recycle throwaway emails. You'd just have to look for the sign and if it's not in their trash the email. Maybe if you get famous a to the f people start to sell these code words so you might generate new ones every often

Obviously when you look at the same addy several months in a row it will stick in your brain no way around that one, that's where we have to trust your more than the dirty scummy raw testing source <3
