Thanks for that taste of WV brother. I'm going to try it. Another favorite of mine is simply salt, black pepper and garlic. Pretty much in equal amounts. Any chance you hook me up with ratios on that WV recipe? Got me hungry now. On my days off so I gonna start a fire.
