Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

I DIY my meal replacements - takes a minute to toss together and blend. ~700kcals or more depending on ingredients and amounts to fit needs. In MRP I have it saved as a meal showing 74g C, 12g F, 60g P

1 cup milk
2 teaspoons pbfit/or 1tbsp natty pb (depending on kcal situation)
scoop or two of whey (chocolate is good in this)
1/2 - 1 cup instant oatmeal
1 banana
dash of cinnamon
 
I know alot of those weight gainers are loaded with Maldextrin. This one looks like there's actually dehydrated whole foods in it?
Yeah. And that’s why I use it. No gastro distress and it isn’t loaded with whey/casein products. It’s tje only reason I order all my shit from them.

HOWEVER. I just discovered True Nutrition’s custom protein blend option. And they’ve got some good stuff. I might give that a shot when my MRE/MRE lite is gone.

I wonder why more supplement companies don't use dehydrated egg products in their protein? I was always under the assumption that eggs were some of the most bioavailable sources of protein. I can only assume whey/casein are cheaper to manufacture

I went through all meso protocol to send SAMPLES out for testing. Why in the FUCK ALL would i be so meticulous about that if i was shelling out gear to build a "troll horde"?

I don't do free. I have done promotions, blood credits for my gear, and i have bent MY rules on credits for bloods/lab testing.

Everyone who pays any attention or cares to read knows you are doing it right without fault. You've always been standup and done everything asked of you (within any reasonable bounds). We know this and it's all here to read and confirm.

Tons of dick swabs on the internet and on this site. 400mg of free primo to test with a $250 or more order means jack shit to anyone. Do what you do and ignore the haters. That shit comes with success. It's easy to take personally because you've invested a lot of time, money, work and yourself doing it all right but with that comes the haters. Something you just have to deal with.

I take the time to say this because people often focus on negative over positive and I want people who are trying to do a good job at anything to feel good about their work and themselves. I hate it when people try to bring others down so this is my contribution. Also note that I don't ask nor will I ever ask for deals, discounts, free shit or anything else. Keep your head up and don't let the fuckers bring you down.
 
When is your show and what weight class will you be competing in? I miss competing! Good times!!
Qualifier will definitely be LHW. For a minute i thought I’d be dying to dip down into MW for the national show, but my cals have stayed so high up to now that I am absolutely growing this prep, so it might be that I end up in LHW for that too. June and August.
 
For the guys who allegedly take tren... I'm 3.5 weeks in and all of a sudden I cannot eat ANYTHING! No appetite at all and it literally takes me like 30 mins to choke down 3-4 oz of chicken. Any tips on combating this? Meal replacements, ECT? anything is appreciated.
Like some of the guys said MRE. The shakes I make are a meal in themselves which helps!! Maybe try smaller more frequent meals? This made me think of a time I was near the end of my diet for a competition and I always had beef patties in the morning. Could barely get them down at the end so put some water in the blender along with the beef and drank them fuckers!! Nasty as hell!! Lol!

I know at the state level the LHW was the toughest class and was the class I competed in. I know the level your at there is no weak class for sure!! I'm 5'8' and if I remember correctly you are a little shorter and are going to be a LHW! You are going to be one ripped and stacked LHW!! Wish you the best man!! Would love to see you at show time!!
 
Been running trnA/MastP/TestP EOD at a linearly decreasing dose while the test-e/Tren-E/mast-e levels peak (E3.5D). Been fantastic.

I come to you manlets because I ran TNE at 120mg P.W.O for 2 competitive lifts yesterday and the day before... My balls started to ache post workout for hours... Like real bad Blue balls, even after getting them massaged/drained by @Oldschool 's sister... still there.

Could this be from the ED Asin so keep the estrogen in check with the different high levels of test? Could this be from the TNE? A hernia from heavy lifting? The tren?

Yep. 5’6 and we’ll see where I end up. My guess is 192ish weigh-in without any drastic manipulations, 197-201ish on stage. We’ll see. Isn’t “ideal” as I’d like to dive into the class and rebound to get on stage, but it isn’t always about weight.

I won my qualifier last year as a LHW at 181 lol.
