I've done them at a bank and once at one of the Co Op credit unions. It was like 5% and super quick. All I had to do was deposit cash in the account details, take a picture of the receipt and send the pic.

I’ve never used or heard of it.
I read up on it later when I get back from picking up my girl from the Airport.

@The ole man another easy way to buy BC is to download “libertyX”. Inside the app you can find a BC location near you. You can buy BC and have it placed directly in your spending wallet. Super easy.

I didn’t use LibertyX because the app was asking for a lot of personal information. Address etc

Ya I’m not having any issues besides I need my buying limit raised. I heard they do. I’m hoping I can get it to a 1000 a week limit, instead of a measly 100 a week.

Meso Pops off in the mornings. I wake up at about 5am but have to wait until 8am to hit the gym because of my GPS tether. I can't stand working out with all the highschoolers and shit at night anymore.

Yep. I live in a small city that has 3 gyms. 2 are useless and the 3rd is old school and very big.

My wife and i get up at 0340 basically throw down a shake are lifting by 0415. To go after work is impossible based on crowd size

Dude I'm in the same boat. I see people working out in Denim on a weekly basis. For being one room their free weight set up is alright, a lot of the machines suck but for years there wasn't even a gym here.

For real, I started lifting in MDOC where there's 1700 people fighting over equipment so you get your lift done and move on so other people can get to it.

I notice a lot of younger guys doing what we used to call "around the world" couple a curls, few sets of bench, do like three random machines that just happen to be next to each other.

The girls are more focused than the dudes tbh

I try to avoid peak gym hours. Usually around 5-6pm is when all the idiots get off work.

That’s when I see big dudes quarter squatting 185, groups of 4-5 guys working out together like some sort of super squad lol, curling on the bench press.

The best one was this week. Some dude kept carrying weights over to this girl trying to flirt with her. What a cuck lol

Did you message them? When i lost my debit and added the new one they gave me a very low limit. I emailed asking why since it was previously much higher. 2 or 3 days later is was back to original limit

Sorry I’m not exactly accurate in my timing for the TGI PIP report, but here’s what I have:

Wife had an initial stinging, which could have been the pin itself. No pip whatsoever at day 2.

I am midway through day 1 and have a small knot in my quad with mild tenderness, but quads have always been a sensitive area for me to pin.

Other site (left delt) is doing perfect, as expected. It’s rare I ever have issues with my delts.

Sorry about the quad. Good to hear it's not uncommon (good for primo that is) for you to have issues there. Delt sounds like other posts as well.
