I think you can purchase them without going through a doctor. I seem to recall refurbished ones on Amazon actually

Not sure about that actually. Here’s what I did. It was quite an ordeal but worth it. I was referred from my primary to an ear, nose, throat specialist. Specialist sent me home with a sleep study machine. Wore that for a night then turned it back in. Saw the specialist again after they had the results and they diagnosed me with severe sleep apnea. They wrote the prescription and referred sleep medicine network who takes care of the rest. Sent a tech to my house to set up and show me how to use the CPAP then they monitor your sleep over wi-fi to dial it all in. Now I just re-order supplies through them when needed. This was all through private insurance and don’t remember it costing too much out of pocket.
I think you can do this too and order supplies when needed. If insurance/cost is an issue this may be the way to go.
Offseason it’s the only comfortable position. For real. Shoulders too wide. Legs too big. Hips kink into ribs. Wake up in pain sleeping on side or stomach.

Quads can handle atleast 2 sites each. Each delt. Each ventroglute.

before I reformatted my computer, I have this really awesome website that had all the injection spots.... and now its gone
It’s the ball-like muscle near your hip when you flex your glutes. Great site and much easier to hit than your dorso.
