Warming the oil helps but hey - you don’t need an excuse. You work out and that in and of itself is reason to be sore.
And that’s the one I use most. My district manager was down a couple pins ago and saw me struggling to squat down a few times and I gave him that excuse and the punk mfer said something to the effect that maybe I’m working out to much if it’s gonna effect my work.
To make it worse he is a lazy fat fuck that sits on his ass all day in Air conditioning. I’ve already envisioned me smacking the fuck out of him one day.

I pinned the front of my delt the other day. It would take an alien abduction to get me to do it again.

If using MCT is being rough on you, i gotta ask, why not just use GSO?
 
So I dont know if it’s the mct oil or one of the compounds but my pip in that left delt has traveled down into my bicep. The whole area is red and pretty sore.
I pinned 1 ml of each compound in diff areas but I didn’t think to keep track of what got pinned where. My other delt which was pinned at the same time is good to go.
I think for tomm pins, I’m gonna pin each compound on its own and keep track of what and where. See if I can narrow down exactly what is going on here. Almost all gear that I have ran up till now has been a darker color where TGI is very clear. So poss I’ve been only using gso, and never used mct.
Either way I’m need to figure this shit out.


I’ve had this happen to me quite a bit. Kinda think it goes with the territory, and like you, it didn’t happen with other carrier oils. Last week pinned my calf (250 mg test / 1 ml), not my first time, but this time it got a lil red and inflamed. I use 5/8” 29 gauge pins, for delts and calves. I know I’m into the muscle just not very deep. I think sometimes a lil bit of the oil may seep and get under the skin causing the redness. Usually I’ll take a hot shower, and use the handle on my back washer loofa, and scrape over the area A LOT. This does seem to greatly help in getting the oil to dissipate. I also wonder if the high mg amount has anything to do with? When I would pin my trt (200 mg) of test cyp, I never got any swelling from oil sitting or redness.

Well I had read that ppl prefer mct so that’s what I ordered. I kinda wish I would have ordered a little of both to see what I tolerated better.
Like I said tho one delt did a lot better than the other.
