Well it started out that way but now I just use carbs in specific points of my day, and then utilize my fats and proteins more at the end of the day.
I start every morning with a cup of steel cut oats, and a scoop of protein.
Then I have an ice coffee which has 16 grams of protein. Then usually some whole wheat and shredded chicken about an hr before workouts and then a banana or 2, 15 mins before workout.
I usually drink a Gatorade during workout unless I’m cutting.
I been thinking about getting some bcaa’s to add to the Gatorade.
After workout then usually I have a scoop of protein powder in almond milk and a peanut butter sandwich on wheat. Then no more carbs after that.
Finish with the eggs and tuna.
 
Fuck man all I was doing is telling it how it was. I’ve pinned mct for full cycles knowing it balls be up. Then I run a few other carriers next cycles and try it again....fuck lol ppl get so wired about shit. It’s just official that is messed with me.
Check it out homeboy, have you tried warming it, both the muscle and the oil ??? Take a hot shower, fuck you can even take the vial in with you. When you are done prep your shot. When I first started using mct it happened to me. I was willing to try any and everything. Hot shower and whatever method you choose to warm the vial, give it a shot. If it doesn’t work don’t trip. However, I would be shocked if it doesn’t. Good luck.

Well lol I do. But I didn’t get here overnight. I be the first one to admit I’ve had way more failures in life than successes. I lived a fast life for 40 years.
Harley Davidson, biker bars, women and drugs were about all I cared about. I’ve seen the inside of more penitentiaries than I care to admit. But I’ve been out and clean for almost 11 years.
Sometimes you just got to hang up your guns and live inside societies rules.
And yes I’m a Christian but I’m long damn way from being sin free.

Same here, a run with dnp, was all it took to break me out of ketosis. However, i am a lot happier. I was truly stunting my muscle growth, although when I was in ketosis I think all the fat had me mind fucked thinking otherwise. Believe it or not, my blood work while I was in ketosis, my lipids were aweful, I have never had high cholesterol ever, a month a half later, after cleaning the fat out of my diet. My lipids are perfect again. I never once even got the statins filled my doctor wrote me for. Even though I like to feed his ego, so o told him otherwise. I find most doctors think they are God’s, you try and take that away from them, by questioning the ones that act that way, it’s like going against the grain and not gonna get you anywhere. So I say what needs to be said, and he basically lets me write my own scripts.

You know what, I never thought of this but I did do something different this time that I’ve never done before.
I premade each pin the night before!
I had never done that before.
I also only put 1 ml in each pin which are 3 ml syringes.
I just now started pushing on the injection sites of each.
Here is what I feel
Right ventroglute was tpp/npp and I can feel a lil pip when I push on it.
Left ventroglute was mast p and I don’t feel nothing there and that’s the first pin it’s ever got.
The right quad was test P and I can’t really tell if I got any pip or not at the moment. So that’s fine too as far as I’m concerned.
Will update tomorrow.

What’s a lot like 15, 20, 30? Does it hurt?
