Yes, that would apply to purity, or measured content by comparison to a standard.
Not total area, which is always relative and by definition 100%.
Well, I'm just a dirty filthy scumbag source, not a chemist. Nor do i know about LC or GC. Or MS. I just throw oil and powder together and hope i don't spill it.
