TNE - 10 weeks out -

I know you don't train for strength at all but curiousity from back in the day makes me wonder what your big 3 would be on an estimate? I remember back in the day being head to head on bench with you and now that I'm cutting too eating roughly the same calories and macros I'll be it you are about 30-40lb more muscle then I am now but still

Are you like 5'3 or something? If he weighs 30-40lbs more than you, that would put you at a pitifully low LBM.

My LBM is between 156-158 bodyweight is 177. I'm natty and 5'8 doesn't really matter to me what I weigh as long as it's less then 183lb and I'm athletic and strong I'm no mass monster of any sort just an active guy that likes to move weight. Me and TNE use to bullshit a lot more before he really exploded and we held some similar strengths so just in it to see where his strengths at even though I know that's not a focus of his or important to him

Hey man! I appreciate that but haven't exploded at all. In the same playing field as you guys. Just all the work hours, training, and small family time I get distracted. I want to keep a busy log and get back in touch with everyone it's just hard. I'm really not sure on the big 3. I think I hit 225 for 16 on a high incline in my peak strength.. I went to leg pressing due to not fixing my problem squatting with the possible hernia.. and I don't deadlift at all anymore... lol damn.

Eh? Bench? 365? Squat? Probably around the 380 mark.. dead? Oh lordnidk.. I only rack pull to 315 too.. I may do a whole switch up in 2017. May make a focused program around a 5x5 idk type scheme idk.

Hed be a tubby ass for me to be 30-40lbs more lmao. Only 185 today'

I don't understand the 183 thing. I was 199 at my lightest, and whenever I fast roped out a helicopter I was wearing upwards of 50lbs excess gear. I was also the lightest guy in my entire squad. Next smallest was 210.

What choppers are you using?

183lb is my weight class for powerlifting that's why it's that number. The other stuff is irrelivent now that you are thinking of. I don't like being big I was 207 at my heaviest and even when I was "on" I was 190lb and about 11ish for bodyfat and still was to heavy for mountain biking and skiing at the level I enjoy, every pound adds a bit more weight on impact.

What are your totals at now at the comfortable weight??

I weigh in right now at 176 but I competed in June and at 182 I did a 453 squat 335 bench and 540 deadlift. I've lost a bunch of strength and probably have about 405 squat in me 295 bench and 500 deadlift but I won't find out exactly until late October. As you e probably seen I'm more into the Oly lifting right now then anything else working on a rebuild of my body before I push heavy weights again. Only thing I really want to beef up are my forearms and delts cause I want them boulder shoulders. What's up with the NPC move you still competing with them even though it's not IFBB?

The change really only effects people outside the US

Yeah I've seen, and those are still good numbers man. The NPC ordeal doesn't really effect me. Just figured I'd post it up for others curious. How long have you been into the olympic lifting for now

Okay.
Diet is to 2100 calories..

Started winstrol at 75mg daily
Starting clan come Monday to run it for 2 weeks
Will drop test 7 days out and keep teen and mast at 450 and 700 a week. May ramp up to 700 tren 1050mg mast for the last week.

Here we are after today's back session...
I can honestly say I feel humbly confident and I think I have what it takes this year.... trial run.
