Yes at one sad point I too was newbie to all this. Some quick advice so you guys don’t get eaten up like I did for being an idiot. Before you even think of coming on here asking all the dumb shit that you’re 100% gonna ask go and do your research and just when you think you’ve done enough stop and research even more lol. Also don’t come on here asking for sources it’s disrespectful and careless and chances are you’ve already done it at your local gym and are now exiled from anyone that could have remotely helped you. Just be humble respectful and take the criticism with a grain of salt. I can’t tell you how many of these new guys are fucking reckless and just come up while I’m in the middle of a set and go yooooo what are you running can you get me some. You know what most responses you will get? Usually go fuck yourself. Or I am more on the nice side unless you rub me the wrong way and won’t shut the hell up I’ll usually say get a beneficial diet and smash some fuckimg super sets and quit worrying about others around you cause then you’re not focused on your training. There is a bright light at the tunnel newbies now my “mentor” calls me his mad science project So sooner or later a vet may or may not take you under his wing and show you the way.

Also you can run gear all you want but if you’re not willing to put in the hours of hard fucking work nothing is going happen and you’re just wasting your time and money.

Welcome to Meso from one of the old dicks around here bahahaha
Hahahaha man it’s been a while since I been on here and was going through forums and see all the stereotypical new guy shit being asked and just laugh and wait for the ruthless responses they’re gonna get lmao. I did the same shit though so figured I’d try and shed some light on em and save them before they get a train run on them Hahahaha

Yea man hahaha been mia for a bit but yup learned a whole new world and yeah brotha that first posts I took it on the chin and took two steps back and realized hey I’m an idiot maybe I should actually use my brain and research and learn and not spew shit questions out and I’ll get somewhere hahaha

So since this is your official new member intro, can we get a lil more info on ya bro? How abput your stats, big-3 pr's, an any goals that you may have set for yourself that your looking forawds to accomplishing?

Yea man

6’1
Currently 214lbs from 225lbs so body fat% gonna have to wait
I originally started at 178lbs trained my ass off and ate my ass off hit 225lbs.

Prs.
Deadlift- max 405 and will be broken soon I hope

Flat bench(wide grip)- 350 which is pissing me off lol it’ll be broken eventually.

Hammer curls- 80s most I’ve ever done clean.

As far as future goals I’d like to really work on squats and aim for 400s I’ve been slacking and I really want eventually slowly jump to 240lbs and stay there instead of cutting down. My all time goal is get my reverse grip to 405lbs but that’s a longggggggg time away Hahahaha. But I’m lucky enough to have a vet that’s constantly teaching me and pushing me past my limits and keeping me motivated.
