To cut or bulk?

I'm 6’1” 210lbs...hard to say my bodyfat percent but I’d say maybe 15%-18% abs are visible..only top portion and only in decent lighting. My problem is I carry a lot of fat on my stomach but I’m super lean everywhere else besides my legs, ass, and lower back..not sure what to do at this point..I do wanna continue to gain muscle mass but is it worth it? I feel like I honestly look like shit in the mirror except for my back shot..being that my back is lean also except for the lower portion..not really sure what to do at this point guys. I wanna be on the heavier end in muscle mass but should I cut and rid of fat before hand or continue eating in a surplus? Any feedback is appreciated positive/negative

My routine is a 6 day split. No cardio..work a physical job not sure if it would be necessary.

Over 10% body fat always means cut to me... You'll be more sensitive and primed to grow after a cut and phase it into a recomp, not a dirty bulk.

Cutting it is....I’ve only ever cut once so this will be interesting. My goal prior was to gain as much muscle mass as possible cause I have a “hardgainer” type body but now I’m just getting a bit fat. Any tips on cutting? Cardio after lifting of course...how many times should I implement cardio in? Anyone do fasted cardio and sip on BCAAs during? I know I’ll be eating in a 500cal deficit, which won’t be a problem since I’ve never been a big eater..only when nessessary..any other suggestions? How much cardio etc?

This is not fasted, fasted means water nothing else.

If you have gh do this
Wake up and pin 1-2iu gh
45mins later take 1 ephedrine (bronkaid from Walmart pharmacy), 1x200mg caffeine pill, 1x81mg low dose aspirin
15mins later do 35mins low intensity fasted cardio (heart rate around 115-120bpm)
Then begin your meals.

Start the cardio at 2x per week, and also on two other days do 15mins of HIIT. Start with 15 seconds 100% effort 45 seconds 50% effort. Super basic example... Sprint/power walk

Start cals at 500 below maintenance, clean sources with most carbs around your workout aka before and after. On non lifting days lower the carbs a little, maybe take out 25% of them

When progress begins to be less that 1-2lbs a week, start by adding 5 mins of cardio to each session. Assess from there. You may choose to pull a little carbs, like 75g or you can add another cardio session. Next time progress stalls, add 5 more mins to your cardio.

There's a good starting point for you. Don't snack, don't drink beverages with calories. MAX of one cheat meal/refeed meal every 7-10 days

Sounds like your mind is made up. Cut for around 8wks, then go back to doing what you want, i.e., bulking up. If you do things right, you can drop 10-15lbs in the time which would make a significant impact on your body composition.

Sounds good guys. Thanks for the detailed response @Evom1 Don’t have any gh on hand, but I’m towards the end of my test-e/dbol cycle and will begin to cut starting today. Thanks @Docd187123 Definitely appreciate the feedback...do you guys lose a lot of strength following a cut?

Great writup @Evom1 not much to add after that.
You will lose some strength but on dbol it will be much less than natty. Good much bro. Try to get some before and after pics even if they are just for your eyes.
