Bros,
I used to smoke AND chew smokeless tobacco. I quit, and have government sponsored programs and Zyban to thank for that. However, when I don't get enough sleep, I find that 'having a dip' usually keeps me on track. My hormone 'imbalance' causes me horrible focus problems. I can't concentrate on anything. But when I have a dip, I feel completely normal... no depression, no anxiety, better concentration, etc. No kidding. But I'm not going to start again, it's been over a year since I quit.
Is there anything related to the use of tobacco and hormone levels? Or is it, perhaps, just the side effects of nicotine (and other disgusting chemicals they put in their)?
