I've drunk so much in a day It's induced visual anomalies. Typically over 48 oz. For me, that's too much.
Anyway, provided it's paper filtered, and you're not loading it up with cream and sugar, you're not going to hurt yourself with coffee. To the contrary, it's likely to benefit your health.
Non-paper filtered coffee like espresso or french press can become an issue and cause your lipids to skyrocket.

soooo, 5-6x double espresso during cut will torch my lipids even worse? damn. i will keep that in mindToo much for what?
