Naw bro it's all good I see where u can say these are chump numbers basically but this is just for me to get use to the weights and bench isn't a strong point for me ever always was a DB guy but the weight feels light next few weeks I'll be bumping weights up 20lbs every other week just don't want to go balls out and injure myself and really fuck this cycle up

Also when you come off cycle becareful of injuries. In other words, if it feels heavier than before its because it is. My only injuries come off cycle from trying to maintain my on cycle lifts. Law of diminishing gains
 
I must have missed the 4 month part. I agree he should have been working out and achieving plateaus naturally. But my point is its not all about how much you can lift. Whats done is done, hes already started his cycle. No need to get hurt at the start of the cycle because he tries to bench more than he can. But yes, anyone trying to cycle should always reach the maximum natural gains.

I'm not much of a bench pressed anyways when I did I hit 275 for 3 reps And yeah just came back I won't be focusing too much I strength this cycle I've Seen a guy at my old gym before I joined this new one a few months back he was always lifting light but every week I seen him grow every week he was on NPP test prop for kickstart and had Deca eq and test c so I know it's possible to blow up even with lifts so low

Have you pinned delts yet? Let me know how that goes, I always leak when I pin over 1 ml. Maybe your wife can help you z track it.

Same here! Nothing like seeing all your gears poor out of the injection site before you can grab an alcohol pad and put pressure on it. 1ml is all I can do. 1.5 if I Z-track but that requires two people or three hands and that shit aint possible for me.

Yeah I'll have my wife help me if I ever decide on the delts

Delts burn like a bitch to me too. I only do them if I have to. Besides, who only injects 1ml ;)
 
I don't leak and I use to do 12ml in shoulders. the 10ml syringes will hold 12 ml. I leave an air bubble in my syringe to push all the gear in and use it as a block to keep the gear in, if that makes any sense.
 
well, I'm not on huck's insane level, but I slam 3cc's into my delts all the time. No issue. It helps to warm the gear before blasting it in. 23g 1" pins.
