Trainers: How do you deal with a client wanting to hop on a cycle, is it talked openly?

Been seeing my trainer for over a year. My goal was to stick it out through a trainer to see if I can get the results I want but am unsatisfied. I've been lifting for maybe, 8 years now. I want to hop on a cycle to get the physique I want. My trainer is pretty buff though, hasn't been discussed in specifics, but I believe he claims natty or just something that we haven't talked about yet. He's pretty lean year round too, which is sus. If there are any other trainers on here that can chime in, or how you dealt with the conversation with your trainer?

I'm not a coach. There's a big difference between telling your coach your going to do a cycle and you need guidance so you don't fuck it up. Compared to trying to figure out if he's on gear and where does he get it.

He'll either help or he won't. Not every couch wants to be involved with gear.

Both my coaches knew from before we started and helped with cycle design and planning and all that. I would use a coach that's an expert in AAS and cycle design and support which if you don't already openly discuss it with your coach I'm going to say the obvious answer is your coach is not that person. Find a different one. Also being buff and lean year around is completely possible for a natty with decent genetics, discipline, and proper training and nutrition. Nothing sus about it.
And if you're currently unsatisfied with your results that's definitely a red flag to find a different coach. If there's anything I've learned from using the past few years it's that steroid aren't magic. A good coach will get you results whether you're natty or not unless you're at your generic limit

I tell them everything they need to know. Steroids are more mainstream today. I try to encourage them to stay as natty as possible if they don't have a base to start with. I also tell them they have to work just as hard, even harder in some cases. That they aren't a magic bullet. I let them make the choice.

They know, either way natty or not, I will still get them results. And, I tell them that we are not doing "cycles" from the rip.

Maybe the real concern here is why can't you get results

Focus on that
