It depends on the person. I can 10x3 for one excerise and add other exercises 6-8 reps without burning out. I actually respond best to low reps higher volume. Everybody's different. Higher reps are a waste of time. I learned that you need to experiment. All these know it all guys that say you need to do low volume or high volume, or the bodybuilding rep range. Yes they do work but not for everyone. I tried high frequency. It doesn't work for me. Once every 5 days work great for me, but that's just me.
