I'm running my first cycle. Obviously wanting to keep all or as much of the gains as I can.
I'm also working through some nagging injuries that need some rest at some point to start to heal.
I often hear that you need to maintain the and training to maintain the gained muscle. Is this mostly true?
Post cycle if I keep did where it is, is it reasonable to let's say cut training volume in half. 6 day to 3 day or maybe 4. And keep most the gains?
