Hey bros just wondering how you would approach your training being natural vs being on gear?
I believe if you're natural or not running a cycle you should train real heavy 5-8 reps and hit all bodybuilding compound exercises (bench, OHP, weighted chin ups etc) and make sure you focus on progressive overload (more weight or reps each session). I also think it's optimal to train only 3-4 days a week so you're fully recovered & maybe even log your workouts so you know you're progressing. I've always seem to have made better gains doing this.
When it comes to being enhanced its all about VOLUME for me reps, reps, reps and leaving my ego behind. I always see better gains pre exhausting the muscle for example on bench press I'd do 3 sets of 30 on 135lbs to warm up, then my working set would be 3-4x dropping super sets 225x15 dropped 135x20 superset with 10 wide grip push ups, then just finish my workout with pec deck. I've tried doing this naturally and I felt like a sack of shit. I was really depleted, took ages to recover, and weren't getting stronger, but on gear it works wonders and I seem to make crazy gains with this style of training. People may disagree with me though haha
