Training Schedule

Ray long Time no talk, how's the new training regimen going?

I'm on a split routine and feeling great these days. I do 5x5 in compounds and 12-15 on isolations.

Not too bad, I hurt my rotator cuff from doing too much volume so I went back to the 5x5... Just some heavy compounds, cant beat it.... So what happened with you and HST? I thought you were doing that? I'm going be going that route soon, too many guys on here are loving it I have to give it a go....

I decided to stop it. I went to a traditional bodybuilding split and have been progressing well.

I'm sorry to hear about your injury man I wish you a speedy recovery. I may give hst another shot later but for now I'm liking the splits.
