He was hitting on you huh? That is good that you got a dx to work with. That is one thing about lifting at home. I can feel that I am acquiring some imbalances and I wreckon that was a contributing factor to my ripped hammy last year. I dont have a choice so i will make do.

I went to a therapist yesterday and got a decent diagnosis. Basically I have a fairly large strength difference between my left VM and VL. The VL is firing first and doing most of the work, which is causing my patella to track towards the outside. Some foo-foo isolation movements for a month or so and I should be back to normal. The guy measured my quad about an in or so above my knee. 21 1/2 on the left, 22 on the right. He kept saying "Damn youve got huge thighs!"![]()
