Tren Ace and Other Options for Last Few Pounds

lol i love meso
btw its 600mg of anabolics :|

As I mentioned, my TRT dose is 200mg. My coach recommended the additional test and primo to help preserve muscle and strength during the cut, while running a low dose of t3. As you can tell, there was not a ton of muscle to begin with, so we wanted to be extra cautious ;)

Sounds like you need a diet break to up your maintenance calories. Tren or more drugs in general is not the solution here.

I don’t take what you’re saying as being a dick, it’s what I need to hear and I appreciate it. I know you say bulking isn’t hard, but every time I do it, I balloon up, even if I’m counting calories. That’s what I want to avoid and I agree, going with a coach for putting on size is the right move. Thanks again for the advice.

Edit: coach was fired when he wanted to dip below 30g of fat a day this far out. I’m looking for another one so I’m open to opinions.
Everyone is different…sometimes dudes do better with high protein and lower carbs with higher fat or vice versa. It’s just something you gotta play with. Shit takes time. But if you eat strictly for 4-6 months on one set diet and you’re all bloated as fuck then mess with your macros. Try those macros for another 4-6 months and see how you do. It’s a long process and unfortunately they don’t happen overnight lol. It sounds like your coach was using you as a science experiment lol. Unless you’re competing there’s no reason to go hard as fuck like that…shits brutal on your body and mentally. It’s easier to lose fat than it is to gain muscle. I really think you could look solid with your diet dialed in within 6 months man.

T3 will make you look flatter. It will deplete your glycogen even more. You want to make your glycogen stores explode, so you look full. T3 is better for guys who already have a lot of muscle on their frame.

I would add 20 mg anavar to your test and primo. Actually, I wouldn't even do the primo, but that's just me. You said you work out 5 days a week. Take your anavar 30 minutes before you workout, and take it with a strong cup of coffee. Your strength and focus will explode all over the face of everyone in the gym.

I feel like you would be able to keep most of that mass with 200mg of test.

If you started in April, that means you've been cutting for basically four months straight with no break. 1800 calories is low as fuck, going any lower you're going to get into trouble.

I just went through this: I started at my cut in Feb at 240 (left pic), got to 217 in May and took a two-week diet break. I then tried another two month cut, but was basically stuck at 213-215 range. Eventually my body would hover at the 220 when I didn't push too hard (middle pic I'm 220). I took t3 the entire time, and I now believe, although it may have helped lose fat initially, it probably was the reason I felt a "compounded fatigue" any time I added cardio to the mix, which prevented me from using the cardio needed to break through the wall put up by my body. So don't add the t3 or anything else; I think it's time for you to do a diet break and to eat at your new maintenance.

If you do it right, you won't get fat; you'll actually fill in like I did on the right, weighing in at 230 now.

After your body's hormones have recovered and it accustomed to its new setpoint, then you can hit another cut, fresh. We aren't pro bodybuilders; we don't need to push super-hard to get ready for a show; we can cut in phases at a much slower pace, so when we do lose fat, it's easier and permanent, without a huge rebound to being fat again.

15 weeks is a long time to be cutting. You've likely stalled as RTFT said because your cortisol is high. Instead of throwing more drugs in the mix, up your calories to maintenance for 4-6 weeks and up the cardio. Your HR should be getting up to 140-160 for optimal fat burning. Incorporate HIIT instead of steady state cardio.

Your abs and obliques are very underdeveloped as well. Start hitting them 3x a week so when you get lean down the line they show. They are just like any other muscle, you have to target them with progressive overload to stimulate growth. The guys that say you dont need to hit abs because you hit them with compound lifts are all under 5'9 and have a short torso.

After this is done, throw in anavar at 100mg to finish off the cut and polish up your look. Tren is only for the most advanced users and is not like other anabolics. It will fuck up your life if not handled correctly as you can see by the countless posts of people asking for help because they thought Tren was something to be taken lightly.

I'm in my 20s, fairly advanced and even I don't touch that shit anymore.
Man, you hit the nail on the head. 15 weeks is a huge cut, and I totally agree anavar during a cut. I will say though, I'm one of those guys that has never trained abs because there's no need, but I'm 5'11". My abs get sore just from doing pull ups, so maybe I engage them without realizing during multiple lifts, but I've had deep ab cuts my entire life.

OP, rauwolscine is an incredible fat loss aid. It's a natural supplement derived from the yohimbine plant that not only gives a ton of energy and aids in lipolysis, but also binds to certain receptors so your body can't distinguish between adipose tissue on the torso or anywhere else. The body generally prioritizes holding onto bodyfat on the torso, especially the stomach, as it burns fat at your extremities first, but rauwolscine forces it to burn fat equally across the body.

I take it right when I wake up, do some HIIT, then fast until lunch. It works like fucking magic. Seriously, it's a game changer.

It also doesn't increase your heart rate or cause the gitters the way something like ephedrine or caffeine can. In fact, it might even have cardio protective properties.

If you're trying to use more PED's to aid in fat loss, I'd just add some cardarine on top of the rauwolscine. 10-20mg per day for 4-6 weeks and you're golden. It'll also increase your cardivascular capacity, improve every metric of your lipid profile, and lower your blood pressure. I'm a huge fan, even without a cut.

Rauwolscine, anavar, and cardarine = incredible fat loss and muscle sparing during steep deficits. The anavar also has a hell of an increase in strength at 100mg per day, but I definitely get sides at the high of a dosage. There's nothing wrong with 40-50mg per day if it's your first time using the var, which happens to be one of my favorite compounds. Cardarine will keep you feeling great while on cycle, and your cardio will be the best it has ever been. Rauwolscine gives you tons of energy, like, 30 cups of coffee or something from a single dose of 3mg, while the anavar makes you aggressive and focused in the gym (when used as a preworkout), so you should smash your workouts with this stack.

The likely culprit in your lack of recent weight loss is certainly the length of the cut, though. I wouldn't blame you for powering through it before going on maintenance calories, as I myself have dropped down to 1200 calories in the past, to hit ridiculously low bodyfat levels. But if you're trying to be optimal, take at least a couple months to just eat at maintenance before cutting again. Totally up to you. It's definitely possible to push through this last stretch, but absolutely suboptimal and much harder than it'll be if you just give yourself a couple months of a break.

yes i understand keep plugging away at your goals slow grind

I’ll DM you

I appreciate everyone’s advice. You know if a guy named TrenTrenTren says that you shouldn’t take tren, then you probably shouldn’t take tren.

As you can see, I have the focus to diet for 16 weeks to hit a goal. I’m going to transition that focus to eating at maintenance, continue the cardio, and swap the primo for anavar for 6-8 weeks and then I’ll reassess. In the interim I’m going to look for a new coach as well (I’m open to recs). Thanks again for the advice - I needed it.

There's better alternatives. If Tren never existed, guys would still be ripped and huge anyway...and probably have less organ and weiner damage.

Yep, tren (and all 19nors, really) are ruining dicks and seriously fucking people's health. I don't understand why anyone uses this bullshit. I guarantee IFBB pros wouldn't use tren if it wasn't so unique and basically required during contest prep.

Hey all. I (37m) started a cut back in April at 225 and worked my way down to 195, roughly 15% body fat. I’m currently eating 1800 calories, 250 protein, 140c, 30-35f, lifting 5 days a week (creeping death 2) and walking 45min 4 days a week. I’d like to hit 12% bf, but don’t feel like I have much more room to drop the calories. I’m currently on 400mg test/200mg primo and am considering adding 25mg/daily Tren Ace to the mix to finish things up. Thoughts around this or are there other compounds I should be looking at? Thanks in advance.

Walk 45 minutes 14 times a week (twice a day).

Get a standing desk and stand 30 minutes every hour (if you don’t already).

I just ordered some Rauwolscine to run alongside Var. I am quite surprised I have never heard of it before this post. I am really hoping this helps get me to 8% BF. Been trying to get there for a decade now.

Should I work out completely fasted or can I get away with some dates/banana? What do you break your fast with at lunch?

Which one did you get?

I like running rauwolscine during a fast because I know that entire stretch is spent burning fat equally across the body. Here's the odd thing about it, the moment I eat, the "high" I get from rauwolscine (if you can call it that) basically goes away. So it really seems like the food is basically counteracting the rauwolscine.

I break my fast with whatever I want. I only track total caloric intake and protein. Nothing special here, imo, unless someone has delved so deeply into the science, they have a better answer.

I know people don't really like Derek from MPMD all that much here, but his Rauwolscine definitely works. Just so you know, within half an hour of taking the pill, if the rauwolscine you ordered is gtg, you'll have insane amounts of energy and motivation.

The problem with some of the brands out there is that they're merely a-yohimbine. Similar effects, but you can get nauseous and have other sides. Pure rauwolscine is the active part of the yohimbine plant, without the potential for getting sick.

If you don't feel incredible after taking it, I'd switch brands.

How does rauwolscine differ from Yohimbine? Too lazy to read up on it. All I gather is that it is an isomer of Yohimbine, meaning it has either better or worse side effects.

That's exactly right. Rauwolscine is simply giving you the desirable effects without the sides. Alot of people don't deal with yohimbine all that well, but can run rauwolscine without any issues at all.
