sup guys

been bulking (4 week now )on Test E/ Tren E. 600mg/400mg, been looking to add an oral for the last 8 weeks. thinking about either anadrol or dbol, I do get really bad mood swings/ bloat with anadrol so idk it'd be optimal to run it with tren. bloods came back fine, my cholesterol is lil higher than normal but I can dial that with the diet, the gains are coming in really slow with Tren e , that's why im looking to add in the oral, idk if that'd change or maybe that's just how tren e is . if anybody can speak from experience. it'd be nice to lmk.

First things first, we need to look in to diet and training issue, as you mention absolutely no details on how it is going on.

If you didn't frontload 4 weeks is about time where it hits the peak, so be more patient and look in to what is in your control currently like I mentioned above.

You also didn't mention your experience level, stats and goals.

Why torture yourself for something that is going to have insignificant end result?

If you want an oral that is mild enough in regards to side effects, but is quite effective and I'd say underrated being labeled and as a female steroid or as a "cutting" steroid at best... use anavar.

I love dbol, I know how I handle it and I know what to expect, if you previously had no experience with it, it is a risky move to introduce dbol so sides can hit you out of nowhere literally.

If I were you I'd hold my horses on oral though.

400mg Tren E
I used to run Test Enanthate.
Most should notice an increase in libido around your current time of 4 weeks.
Gains? Your not going to blow up with this blast.
You will get awesome pumps, and if you eat right you can bulk slightly. Quality mass if you eat right.
You can bulk on Tren E. (Experience needed)
However in my experience higher Test dose needed, along with elevated estrogen. Less AI.
If I'm bulking with Tren E
900 to 1,200mg Test.

I think long term. Takes years of dedication to walk around looking like you lift with slabs of mass. I always think of how I want to look next year... not in 3 or 4 months.
I mean, if your trying to be thinner and aesthetic that won't take as long

I am not telling you to do this. I don't know your current experience or anything. This is what I am doing this year. I have ran grams of gear in the past. So this isn't heavy for me.

Front load weeks 1 through 3
900mg Test D/wk
900mg Deca/wk
Weeks 4 to 14 weeks
720 Test D/wk
600 Deca/wk
Then 14 to 25 weeks
600 Test D/wk
400 Tren E/wk

Cruise 12wks
200mg Test D
 
When I was newer to cycling I got excited when bulking by how easily I could move the scale with drugs, but it turns out that in the end thats just a lot of water weight and maybe fat. You’ll get some quality muscle, but drugs only do so much of the equation.
Most of the research out now is showing there’s not a huge difference in muscle protein synthesis between anabolics when other variables are adjusted. So while there’s definitely some cosmetic differences, and different sides and what not, actually putting on size you aren’t going to see a huge difference of it being a limiting factor in your anabolic choice whether that’s tren or mast.

What will be a huge limiting factor for you is your rest, and macro and micro nutrients. So I’d suggest running stuff you tolerate well that you can take in decent dosages without sides bothering you. Stuff that doesn’t interfere with appetite or sleep. For me tren doesn’t fit there. I’m actually taking a very small amount of tren now, but I’m also not in a caloric surplus.

If you’re new to a structured diet it doesn’t have to be super complicated. If you’re bulking start by figuring out your maintenance calories, then what you’re going to target per day over. Then split up your macros and at least hit your daily protein first. Then decide on how to divide up your carbs and fats depending on how you like to eat. Then you can start to make adjustments based on how you respond and your training.

If you want size. Eat and sleep as much as you can. Skip the orals.

Subjective is personal preference, u really think high volume training and hit training are less subjective than gear/ compound choices ? We all basically take the same shit.

Training and nutrition have nothing to do with personal preference if we are going to talk about what is effective and what isn't.

Drugs are highly "subjective" in your use of the word since, I can run the same compounds as you and get a way different side effect profile than you. The same can't be said about training
 
Y all got to understand that biological individualism is the name of the game when it comes both to peds and training. Some thrive on test and high reps others in tren and conjugate.

You're right. Training is highly subjective. Thats why you see people at the gym year after year making no progress while people training to failure make progress.
So was Phil Heath that just tossed around lightweight dumbbells whenever he feel like it. And people that trained to failure had injuries after injuries and no progress.

Whatever suits anyone is clearly individual based
