Tren E, Test E and Anavar. (Astro and Naps)

Yeah I have the same problem I get belly fat and love handles quick. I gotta do HIIT (usually sprinting) 2-3x a week to keep them down, weather was bad where I am at last couple weeks really fucked me up and now I am up 7 pounds and look bloated and I see the love handles again :(. Damn love handles. You gotta do heavy cardio, if you do it on cycle you will slim down fast but you won't see the same amount of weight gain. And with the Tren and Var with it the love handles will just fall off.:eek: And you can eat like a fucking horse. Beware of shin pumps. :(

I feel you man. I wrestled at 163 pounds I'm high school. Had a 6 pack but still had love handles. I don't get it. FML.
 
Was contemplating uploading this because I hate my back and love handles. Hopefully this tren shreds me up, I'll also be hitting back 2x a week. Must grow!!!

You'll cut that back up with no problems! You have a good frame and I can tell you're taking it seriously. Keep going hard!
 
Damn I don't get love handles that bad. My boy does though, he drops a shit load of weight and still has handles. Me I get the little gut first then the handles. But natural lifting, for me to eat right and recover properly and actually make progress I always end up with a little chub, it's inevitable, if I stop cardio for a week I swear I start getting chubby.
 
Week 1 Update:

Today was my 3rd pin and the beginning of the 2nd week. Woke up at 218.8lb this morning. I'm assuming too much soy sauce with the sushi lol. Pinned my quad with 250mg test E and 200mg tren E. No pip but I crushed legs so I'll keep u updated tomorrow.

Sides:
I've been getting pretty crazy lower back pumps and some shin pumps while doing cardio.
Slight insomnia kicking in. Usually wake up naturally at 5:15-5:30 for work. Was up around 3:40 and 4:10 the last 2 nights. Very weird because I didn't feel tired, was wide away and ready to go.
No night sweats but I'm in NY and it's close to 40F at night.
 
No estrogen related problems. No sensitive nipples or pain. Running GP adex at .5mg twice a week.
 
Your not running Var yet right? Sounds like the gear is g2g. Don't you love the pumps, damn wait till you deadlift or squat, your gonna have to take 5 minute rests just to wait for the back pumps to stop, gotta love it. :p Everybody stares at me at the gym when I have back pumps, I will find a nice bench to sit on and sit with perfect posture until it goes away.
 
I remember the first time I had a back pump, I thought I injured my lower back again. Then miraculously after 4 minutes I felt fine. The shin pumps feel like you got fucking tree trunks for legs. I bet someone could break a board over your back when your having a back pump, that shit gets super tight like a fucking rock.
 
Quick update. Work up yesterday and today at 220.8. I don't know if it's just water bloat or the fact I'm eating everything in sight. Will update tomorrow after 4th pin with some pics.

Didn't eat a big meal last night and woke up this morning at 218 :)

Insomnia is starting to hit hard a little bit, and when I do manage to fall asleep I have some fucking weird ass dreams. No acne or estrogen related problems to report. Aggression is through the roof and my dead lifts have gotten easier. Cardio is still I'm tact as well which is a plus.

Can't wait to start this Var!!!

Everything has been going better than expected! Agression is through the roof and im getting close to breaking some PR's. It's still early but I feel like this tren is stronger, or the frontloading really helped.

Weight: I didnt have a big meal last night and weighed myself this morning and i was 221.2. So far thats a gain of 9.2lbs. Ive been eating like a bear about to go into hibernation so that helps alot as well. I'm not putting on any fat so thats a plus as well.

Sides: The usual trensomnia :mad: Keep waking up every 2 hours or so and spent alot of the night turning or waking up from fucking weird dreams. No night sweats at all(never had them on other tren cycle either). My cardio is still intact and im able to still run a 5k under 20 minutes. In grappling classes i find myself breathing a little bit heavier and gassing sooner, it could be a mental thing too. Estrogen seems in check as well.

Im going to try and get more pics up so i can track my progress. Really focusing on legs and back this cycle.
 
Nice progress, with the insomnia do you sleepy the next day or does it not affect you? I'm thinking of trying tren my next blast or the one after that, I hear it's good for strength, but I not a fan of the sides.

No that's the weird part. I usually try to get to bed before 10 and I get up at 5. Last night I maybe got 4 hours but I was completely fine, no yawning or anything. I don't drink coffee either. Sometimes ill crash after work and I'll get a solid 2-3 hour nap. Sides are worth it man!
 
Might have to give Tren Ace a try, but if the sides become a problem will probably drop it or live with them. I have also heard other people say don't feel tired with the lack of sleep so it might not be that big of a problem.

I had really bad insomnia until I found my sweet spot with tren ace (50mg ed), but like you've read elsewhere I never felt all that tired the next day. I did crash out for a couple hours after work but I didn't mind a midday nap. Don't worry about the sides, with tren ace the amount left in you body after the first day drops low enough that you'll only have 1-2 shitty days if your body doesn't tolerate it. Well worth the risk for the awesome benefits IMO. My next cycle I'll be running tren e now that I know my body tolerates it well.
 
^did the exact same. Ran Tren A first at 50mgED which was a good dose. No need to go higher for your first time.

6th pin today

Holy shit. I had a wild chest workout today! Hit 335 on flat for 3 today which is a PR for me. This tren is a wonderful thing and there's still 9 weeks left :). I weighed myself using the scale in the gym (same one in doctors office) before my workout and I was 226 naked. Cant wait for the next few weeks:)
