Yeah I have the same problem I get belly fat and love handles quick. I gotta do HIIT (usually sprinting) 2-3x a week to keep them down, weather was bad where I am at last couple weeks really fucked me up and now I am up 7 pounds and look bloated and I see the love handles again. Damn love handles. You gotta do heavy cardio, if you do it on cycle you will slim down fast but you won't see the same amount of weight gain. And with the Tren and Var with it the love handles will just fall off.
And you can eat like a fucking horse. Beware of shin pumps.

I feel you man. I wrestled at 163 pounds I'm high school. Had a 6 pack but still had love handles. I don't get it. FML.
