Tren E + Test E

Hello guys,

So last year I ran;

Test E - 500mg/week
Dbol - 60mg/Daily (4 weeks)
PCT - Clomid & Nova

Enjoyed it when I was on but lost a lot of gains.

Thinking for my next cycle to run Test E with Tren E, is this a good idea? I want to use HCG as well, and also wondering if I should use it throughout my entire cycle or just when I'm on PCT?

I presume this was your first or second cycle? If you are relatively new to working out, in The 1-5 year range, you shouldn't be losing much gains. Water, yes, and some of the aesthetics, but not gains . How was your workout and dirt post cycle?

Tren is hard core, but if you can't keep your gains on test e, you'll get very disappointed when coming off tren.

Before you get advise on your questions, please share your stats, workout and cycle history.

@DonQKong is spot on with his info bro. I would also like to add not to do Tren, especially TrenE. Belive me if you have never experienced the bad sides that can an usually do come with tren then you deff dont want it all creeping up on you at once with E. Then theirs no way out but to ride it out. If you were to try Tren, ""Which you shouldn't seeing as how your not able to keep gains while off cycle meaning something is up with your weight training experince an diet"" then you woyld more likely need to try TrenA. That way if its to much an you can't handle it you can bail out an it'll be outta your system alot faster. I think you have alot of learning to do an need more experience with gear, usage, dosage, an side affects before tackling the Tren Beast. Always remember....The gear isnt going to do shit if your diet an training isn't in check!!!!!!
 
I jus seen your 21 am I right????? Cuz if so you dont need to be tampering with gear anyways bro unless you have low T an I would almost bet that is not the case for you. I sure hope your not ry8ng to use gear as a crutch to bigger badder gains without putting in the proper work with diet an exercise. Cuz if you are, you will always end up disappointed jus like you stated yourself in your message above^^^^^. If you cant make or maintiain gains while off gear, what makes you think your going to keep them the next time you cycle??????
 
Everybody new wants to do tren!! My first of three cycles had tren e and daaaamm!!! Only had one side effect but was only running 350mg weekly. I could've killed someone I had so much aggression definitely not what I expected. Tren is harsh and should not be a first choice unless you are somewhat experienced. 21 yr old seriously.... Sigh Listen to these guys man. Don't do it yet if your 21.

I couldn't imagine if I'd done tren in my 20's, I was way to aggressive. I just don't see cycling in your 20's unless bottom line, you're super advanced and have to to compete in your sport. Almost all guys I see in there 20's who actually train hard make ridiculous gains fast...

Hell no! Tren in my 20's = prison. Even being advanced you shouldn't need aas. Maybe some rare occasions like if you are legally prescribed trt or some illness/genetic reasons for having to use. Most just wanna take the easiest path with the most gain which unfortunawity have the most unrecognized hazards. Work ethics of today's generation is going down hill. To many modern conveniences that eliminate the physical have too.

Hello again, thank you guys for your replies. Yes, that was my first cycle. As soon as I started PCT my mood went down and my shlong did not work, so I was depressed and this had a huge impact on my training and nutrition, which led me starting from the beginning at 160lbs.

A year later I weigh 195lbs at a hieght of 5'10" without any enhancements. Yeah, there are a ton of 21 year old males who train hard, but also alot who train shitty and still manage to make gains...hmmm

Anyways I eat around 3000-3400 calories daily, intake of 200g protein, 300-400 carb, and 60g of fat.( Might need to up the fat?)

As for training, I do 4 exercises/4 sets/ for each muscle group spread out in 5 days with a rest day between 3rd or 4th day.

Could any of you guys recommend an excellent training program for me? I appreciate all the help you have provided me so far.

Training program comes with experience.you have to find what works best for you.try a program for few months if it doesn't work switch it / mix it up high reps low reps heavy weight supersets ect.it will take you time to figure out what works best for you.also you gotta have the mind muscle connection when banging iron.figure this out then meals then gear.good luck bro

All true, Only thing I could add is even if things do work you gotta switch it up to keep the body guessing. I found too, having a buddy that kills it in the gym 24/7 has been beneficial for me. As long as they have the terminator work ethic. Gives you someone besides yourself to hold you accountable... Those extra reps he or she doesn't let you slack on will be the factor in being Alpha or sheep! You will do the same for them. Slack = Stay the same!
