I've been off diet since after my summer cut. I have put on about 15 extra pounds of beer and shit food in those few months.

Cycle:
Dbol 40mg ed wks 1-4
Test E 500mg ew wks 1-14
Tren E 600mg ew wks 1-12
Winny 50mg ed 10-15
Adex .5mg e3d

PCT:
Clomid 100 50 50 50
Nolva. 40 20 20 20
Hcg if I can find good source I'll start week 6 with 750 iu a week.

Diet: 2500 calories for weeks 1-6 to cut that 15.
3500 calories weeks 6-15.

Sample diet for 3500 call
Macros:
280g protein 40%
350g carbs. 30%
100g fat. 30%

Breakfast: 1052 cals
Universal real gains with whole milk
1 packet of oats
Orange triad multi

Lunch: 735 cals
7oz chicken breast with bbq sauce
1 cup of white rice with butter and olive oil
1 cup of mixed steamed vegetables

Dinner: 700
Pork chops 8oz
Large baked potato with cheese and butter

Snack 1000cal
1 peanutbutter and honey sandwhich on wheat
2 scoops of whey with 1 cup whole milk

Water intake:
8 16.9oz bottles.

I'm struggling to understand your cycle plans here with the various compounds your trying to run.... almost like your trying to bulk and cut at the same time... your starting with dbol, keeping your test lower than the tren and adding winny at the end...
Just my opinion but why bother with the dbol at all?
My thought would be either drop the dbol and run everything else exactly the way you have it planned, or run the dbol for the 1st 4 weeks, then add the tren at week 4
 
I guess I'm just not understanding the dbol... sounds like ur trying to cut as u mentioned 15 extra lbs... your cycle would be a good cut cycle if it weren't for the orals at the start.
 
I'm doing it this way because the dbol Kickstart will help me basically keep muscle mass while at a deficit until my tren and test kicks in which about week 4-5 for me. You can use dbol as a cutter even though the water retention at first but by week 10 with the Winny and tren I'll dry right up.
 
I see, I guess that makes sense, I'd be concerned about trying to put on lean mass running your tren higher than your test...
 
I've found for me that if my tren is slightly higher than my test I bloat less and I have less sweats and insomnia which are the only 2 sides I get from tren.
 
I was 15% in June so I figured with the 15-20 lb extra would put me ato the 20% range. I know I'm not at 25 because a couple years ago I had hit 25% and I had a bloated gut and was in 36-38" jeans.

My 2 cents is worth 1, but you're going to be much more satisfied dropping the Dbol, if you need an oral for kick start spend the extra money for Var. you're not happy with the extra fat already, adding hella water weight and bloat with water buffalo Dbol isn't going to make you satisfied. Idc how much AI you're running, if it's real Dbol you're going to add hella water
