tren test cycle ! lets give this shit a whirle

Well the legs are pretty good today spite the the fact i thought i couldbt walk today. Still 218lb this morning and going to hit it hard tonight! Hittrn food hard too today. Lots of eggs!:-)
 
Chest day!!! I felt like such a pussy with what i lifted but my chest touched my pump was so big! ! There was no space When i flexed!! i did all TUT except my 7`s

Ever thought about including dumbbell or plate pullovers after a good chest workout? I do. It was a favorite of Arnold in his day. He believed if you can expand the chest cavity by doing deep breathe pullovers and stretch the fascia of the chest you will make more room for growth.

I can do them with a 25 or 45 lb plate. Slight bend in elbow and let the weight stretch your chest out on the negative go for 20 reps. Big deep breathe as you descend and push it out like a freight train upon contraction. Use your concentration and make it a chest pullover not a back pullover. :)

I do pull overs from time to time. Its a great one to throw inlast. you always got great stuff trucker. i do em on a slight incline as well. Great for one to do for s:-) ure.! Ill have ro start hitting em again
 
Ya your really not looking to build with them more of a deep stretch exercise. I like to breathe in REAL deep on the way down snd hold it at the bottom before I come back up and exhale. You should feel your ribcage expand and the fascia of your pecs being stretched.

I also like to use a plate versus a dumbbell because its more stable and has always been a part of my big chest program since I was a pre puberty teen. Learned it from Arnold. Go for high reps

Youll definitely wanna do it on the flat with a huge arc in your back and on your tip toes for maximum stretch
 
Ill do that for sure!! Love to try new stuff . Meso is a plethora of new stuff and info. Alot of guys use plates for front raises and other stuff too
 
Since its a stretch thats why the high slow reps im guessing?
Ya I get 20 slow deep reps with a 45. I would start with a 25. Concentrate mostly on the breathing pattern. Thats key. Tricky at first but once you get the timing Its a breeze. Focus on stretching the chest as this exercise could easily be confused for a lat exercise. Your deep breathe should almost hurt or at least be uncomfortable. Thsts how you know your expanding thr rib cage maximally

This.morning was my last injection :-(. Its been great and i just gotta keep food and training up. My body is so tired. Im sitting at 216 this morning

I just did last injection this morning so will start pct in one week. Should be good then i think. Weight wise i gained 21-22 lbs and lifts are between 40-70 lb gains. Ill get all the numbers and pics together tonight to show. I think the gear was great never ran tren before now. The test was good as well had the zits to prive it .....lol. strenght and weight went way up much higher than expected actually. Im more than pleazed with the gear and this cycle. Nophat your the shit in my book. Always been good to me. Ill be getting my next cycle together soob as well. Going with npp, and test this next round
 
The tren had a nice spice to it as well.....i had tren cough twice when i hit a vein.....it put me on the fuckin ground. I was running 120mg ed of tren for 2 weeks that was a little much. Heart rate got too 178/79. Test was bewteen 40 - 60 mg ed . Backed it down from 90 when the sides started getting bad
 
Oh the tren tne and test tne was increadible as well!! Did that shit on ny heavy days and wow! I could push sone major weight with that and the tren was nuts!
