Been hitting rear delts hard . Very underdeveloped in my opinion
 
Rear delts are neglected by alot of guys. Im getting better about it too. Putting them in priority. Without it you can never have great shoulders

Yup thats for sure! I would have some great shoulders if it wasnt for those damn rear delts. When i got injured with that bicep tendon any sort of pull really hurt. After that i just did press`s and that was it
 
Good old arm day! Its defiantly my day of the week, besides legs( yes i like legs). I absolutly killed it tonight! For me i killed it anyways. Biceps are really weak in my opinion so i always hit them first and hard.

I was really pumping the shit out tonight. I was reslly going to throw in the towel tomorrow with this cycle but since ive upped my test the tren sickness is going down. I dont feel like a sack of shit right now . So going to run my last vial out. That one more week right there.ive been more than happy with this cycle 20 lbs and lean . Got 40-70 lbs on all lifts. At the end ill get begging weight and ending weights put together.:-) i love this shit!
 
Feeling pretty good today after droppig tren and raising test. Im sitting at 218 right now. I really need to get sone of these target areas better. Im hitting rear delts upper chest and abs much harder now. Im really happy with this cycle and tren is fuckin awesome jusy needed to do some playing and adjustment to figure my dosage out. 340-400 test and 700-800 tren a week is about right for me. When test was at 210 i felt like shit after so long my body was toasted. So im at 500mg each to finish out. Been great and all these great guys at meso just make it that much better.
 
Today i decided to have a freestyle day. Hit all my lacking parts. It was really a damn good workout for just a pickup day. Doing legs tonight with my girl .

Thoufht i would try this little fst7 shit. Think its were its at . Odie, brutus, jb, your fucking monsters for a reason and love learnng and trying new things. Today was one of my best workouts feeling and pump wise! It was incredible.
 
Ya could have different name but that. What my buddy called em......you take dumbell and put them together with a vvertical grip .its just a close grip bench with a db.
 
Went and got me some legs today!! It was intense. How you guys do this fst7 all the time is crazy. Its hella volume and pump like crazy!

Could have went heavier on some things but all 30-45 sec rest just blasted me. It was a 33 mib workout

Lol ya i got out of the car at my girls house and almost feel face first on the ground. Then my calves cramped so bad i did fall to the ground
