Honestly, I'm not here to fight, or debate. What works for me doesn't work for you. I also do not like when people talk in absolutes. Last time I bulked I was eating 350g of protein, and high fat low carbs. I've switched over to higher carbs, low fat, and lower protein, and am losing weight, while mainting strength and size. Again, this is how my body works. No reason to debate, but I get what you're saying though.
 
This mornings weigh in was 210! Its a first for me to weigh that in the morning and not night. Just gotta eat!
Alot of people forget that you can bust your ass in the gym, but you HAVE to bust your ass with food. When I bulk, i just walk around with food all day due to the high amount of calories I couldn't sit and eat...never get shit done.

Your protein Intake isnt high enough. I find when I get alot of protein the shit softens and makes it much easier. I mainly take metamucil 2 scoops at night to support my deranged milk habit:D
 
Talking of coffee...I have never had good coffee, but I would like to drink it for the health benefits.
Could either of you lead me in the right direction? Or is black decaff the only way to go>?
 
Went to the gym this morning for my first round. Going back tonight did arms this morning and legs will be tonight lots of food and nap between . Probably my best arm day yet!
