tren test cycle ! lets give this shit a whirle

I use to do that for a 5by 5 s and then went to upper lower split. My worjouts are lile 1 1/2 or 2 and im not sore or seeing the tje gains i first did. So switching it up alwayd works

Fair enough, just remember thought that soreness doesn't mean growth and neither does the pump for that matter. Growth will come from eating more calories than you burn, having adequate protein, and consistently adding weight to the bar over time. Good luck bro
 
If it's just a random headache no biggie.But if you keep getting headaches check your blood pressure as tren is known to raise it

Db rows 75 60 50 drop set
T bar cable 160 4 sets
Lat pull 155 4 sets
Skipped shrug s my necks been killen me
4 sets of abs for the hell of it 30lbs
It was pretty good for how i felt i thought.Just cant believe what tren does for strenght . If blown prs out the water. I got some tne and tren tne. Just use once in awhile but that shit really gets you moving. Used it for legs last week but havnt this week. Took those pics today and i cant believe how.much my shoulders have blown out. My traps lats and shoulders have made very noticble difference to me. And this morning i got up and my water has dropped huge with my test cut back. Ive never been so ripped before. Im going for size and strenght though dont care about being cut right now. Just wanna be fuckin big!!
 
Today was delts. And ive had alot of neck pain lately so had to go pretty light all set of 12 . Shoulder are all fucked up for 30. Its was still good though.
Seated bb press 95 135 155 4 sets
Bent over flys 25
Face pulls 65
Side raises 25
And diet so far today
Morning shake

1 cup cottage cheese 1 cup yogurt

Spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries from chic fillet.

2 tuna wraps

Postbworkout shake with banana scoop pb and scoop of weigh

And whatever for dinner.

Im really trying to up thr intake as much as ppossible im even sacrificing sleep to eat. Wakjng at 5 to start bed at 10 to get last meal in
 
Chick fillet is awesome!

Food is the key. Cant grow without food. More cals more cals. As long as protein is good. I recently went full 2lb per bodyweight and I certainly noticed a difference. For me thats a target of 530 g pro per day

How the fuck are you guys eating so much PROTEIN? Like, damn. I maybe get 200g daily.

Now, I train for strength, and honestly, upping my protein any higher doesn't help at all. If I want to get stronger and bigger...up the fat and carbs. Of course protein will be raised due to the increase of other foods.

Any thing over 200g just gives me stools that could break concert and wicked protein farts.

but shit, if it works for you, fucking do that shit to the max..anything worth doing is worth over doing.

Wow thats awesome you can eat that and gain. Wish i could do that .im a very hard gainer. If im under 4000 cal i start losing weight. Just weighed myself and im 210 right now . Started at 195 and slowly been putting on but i fluctuate so much in a day its crazy. I can put on just 5-7 lbs a day and wak. Up the next morning and all gone back to were i was. Just water and food weight really.

Metamucil helps

If your serious about strength or size increase you better up your protein. Bodybuilder/powerlifters all benefit from high protein intake. 200 isnt even maintenance protein intake for a basketball player much less a serious strength athlete
