I use to do that for a 5by 5 s and then went to upper lower split. My worjouts are lile 1 1/2 or 2 and im not sore or seeing the tje gains i first did. So switching it up alwayd works

Food is the key. Cant grow without food. More cals more cals. As long as protein is good. I recently went full 2lb per bodyweight and I certainly noticed a difference. For me thats a target of 530 g pro per day
Wow thats awesome you can eat that and gain. Wish i could do that .im a very hard gainer. If im under 4000 cal i start losing weight. Just weighed myself and im 210 right now . Started at 195 and slowly been putting on but i fluctuate so much in a day its crazy. I can put on just 5-7 lbs a day and wak. Up the next morning and all gone back to were i was. Just water and food weight really.How the fuck are you guys eating so much PROTEIN? Like, damn. I maybe get 200g daily.
Now, I train for strength, and honestly, upping my protein any higher doesn't help at all.t to get stronger and bigger...up the fat and carbs. Of course protein will be raised due to the increase of other foods.
Any thing over 200g just gives me stools that could break concert and wicked protein farts.
