So they were good lifts and was happy with em all. Im drinking a gallon of milk a day too. Great cals but makes my normal diet hard to keep. Whole milk is ab extta 2400 though!!
 
K so already got one gallon down and two meals since five this norning plus a shake to. I still make a brutus shake every morning with my big ass bowl of granola. .....wounder if i should get another gallon?:-)

Don't be discouraged. When you are in the beginning stages of bulking you will see this happen. Alot of its just water not fat. Keep up with the food. Especially since you were always very thin this may seem like a bad idea but it's how you get bigger ;)

Lol thanx trucker your right though. I guess i got spoiled on tren getting fuckin huge and being so lean! I know ill get sone fat on . I just said goodbye to the abs and hello to food. They will be back. My gf likes the big full look anways
 
I went thru an all out bulk thru alot of my natty years and ya your gonna lose the 6 pack. Everybody does. It's an exchange to get bigger. Take care of the fat and water later. Let the body adapt and get used to carrying the larger body around and you'll get bigger you'll see. Just recomp later
 
So 210 today on the scale dry after a shit o its pretty accurate lol. So 2 gallons of 1% milk a day is what ive added . Yes i hve no abs anymore but im still getting stronger and gainibg again. Im at liytle over 7k a day with my shake 2 gallons and food. Well 8 actually. Im still trying to get 4 meals a day, three has been tough but gotta have the food too!

Whole milk. The milkfat is less fattening than the sugar in low fat milk. Trust your boy.
