So its time to carb the fuck up. Pasta ,rice, and potatoes. Every meal is sirloi broccoli and one of those carbs for today. I need to get some damn food down to gwt this weight up

Forgot last nights workout. Did shoulders and pretty good i must say. Still no shoulder pain at all! My trapps ans upper back are still sore as shit from tuesday. Tonigjt will be arms but ill have that update later.

45/8 had to do some pauses to get some of those at that. I worked myself into the ground this week. Prs all week and just straight getting it ti failure on eeverything. I can feel it and i can see it. Lots of food! Doing heavy carbs for all meals before i lift so that covera 4 meals usually. Starchy heavy carbs. Pasta,rice, potatoes is what im going with. Im so sore this week but i really love it. Om pushinh harder than i ever have. Im actually " training" i believe now. I look around the gym and im the only one sweating ,the only not on my phone, and actually lifting tell i cant lift anymore.
 
Last nigjt i went and did triceps since i didnt have time thursdy to do em. I just keeo getting stronger evryday.

Thanx bro! Ya ive been hitting more to. things are going really good right now so i gotta keep remebering were i am and how i got here. If i didnt have ny program and meetings i would not be were i am right now. I would probably be dead. If my recovery is in order the rest falls into place. Thanx again brutus. My girl just got a year today. Im so proud of her

100 sets of 12 TUT with 2 sec hold At top. Did did 3 sets on all exercises. No more peck deck. Thats shit has my shoulder all fucked up right now. Had a to do that shitty lacrosse ball when i got home. Damn that things hurts. I did have a crazy good pump though with the TUT though.

K so tuesday night did back and mu neck and shoulder are still fucked up. Got that fitness pal thing to get my diet in check again. Sodium and fat shuouldbt dominant 50% of your diet.im doing a 50/30/20 carb/fat/ pro. Still deloading this week so light weight. All TUT slow very controled reps

The dreaded shoulder day. Ya had a burn like no other in em. All high reps with TUT as much as i could with shoulders . pretty damn tough if i should say myself. I was lookin good doin it tbough! Had good striations and veins goin in both shoulders.

The burn was incredible but so was the pump. I didnt even know what to do with my arms. It took 2 hands to lift my backback off the locker rack. Im burnt. Then 3 grill chicken wraps and 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers from Wendy's. Mmmmm it was good. Still hungry though. Potatoe should do the trick. Today im at 689 carbs 217 fat and 370 protein. 6400 cals and im on pct .......cant wait for my next cycle. Im going for 8k next cycle
