Tonight was biceps! I loved every min......the burn the pain, and the crazt pump of cousre. Did everything wide tonight really working that outside head.

45/8 had to do some pauses to get some of those at that. I worked myself into the ground this week. Prs all week and just straight getting it ti failure on eeverything. I can feel it and i can see it. Lots of food! Doing heavy carbs for all meals before i lift so that covera 4 meals usually. Starchy heavy carbs. Pasta,rice, potatoes is what im going with. Im so sore this week but i really love it. Om pushinh harder than i ever have. Im actually " training" i believe now. I look around the gym and im the only one sweating ,the only not on my phone, and actually lifting tell i cant lift anymore.
