K so i am getting ready to run my first tren cycle . I have only done test cycles. This is my plan.
Test cyp 1g week just first week.
Tren 50mg ed 1-8
Test iso 50mg ed 1-8
Adex as needed ( no gyno even running a gram last cycle)
Pct as usual
Clomid 50 first 3 days and 25 the rest of the month
Nolva 40 first 3 days and 20 the rest of the month
My workout is upper lower splits.
Day 1
All supersets
Bb press
Rows
Incline db
Lat pulls
Shoulder press ( drop sets)
Bb curls
Skullcrusher
All 6 sets 10-12
Day 2
All drops sets
Squats
Deads. No drops on deads
Leg press
Curls
Calf rsise
Day 3 just cardio
Day 4 supersets
Incline bb
Cable row
Flat fly
One arm rows
Latts rsise drop set
Incline db curl
Push downs
Day 4 all drops
Front squats
Lunges
Leg extenr
Curl
Calf raise
Calf press
