Just got back from the gym and have an insane pump!

love it! So o dont know how fast tren really works . Im at 50mg a day and did a gram cyp to front load. Ive done 100 mg test iso and tren ace so far. I felt different this morning when i got up. I was sore but had this overwhelming feeling of just fucking wow i feel great!!. I dobt sleep well to begine with and sweat like a pig as it is. Im always hot in general and have below normal blood preasure. So besides the aggressiveness which havnt had yet should be a sign. All the other stuff i am kinda like that to begin with. Guess ill just have to wait and see.
Meals for the day( up tell now)
Morning shake
2 cups greek yogurt
2 pork chops and 5 egg whites
Same as above
Yogurt with apples hour before lifting
Post workout shake
And dinner dont now yet
2 cups od cottage cheese before bed.
My workout was a little lighter fpr upper body to. Still supersetted evwrything though except shoulders
All 4 sets 10-12
Bb bench 90 135 165 for 12 and burn out
Rows 90 135 165 for 12 and burn out
Incline db 60`s
Lat pulls 140
Shoulder press 50`s for 10 -12 and 2 drops after 4 sets of 40`s then 30s
Bb curls 60 for 4
Pushdowns 80 for 4
And i was burnt by then with half the people watching me( or i thought anyways) thinkibg im a mad man running across the place from one superset to another! I love it though! !

i live for this shit. So im thinking next week ill be uping it to 5 sets instead of 4 im just gonna mix up my drop days and superseting. Throw sone straights in once in awhile. Trying to keep a minute or less for all excersices. So to another great day of lifting and many more to come!
