Nice bro. And pre cycle bloods too? I see ur gonna run some Tren. I def have an interest in Tren but the sides I hear u get from it are def not appealing to me. Good luck though man hope u get great results....by the way how long of a break did u take between cycles?

So tonight i did my upper. It consited of all drop sets of 2 up warm ups and 4 drops of 10 -12 reps
Bb bench 165 145 125 105
Db Incline press 55 45 35 25
Cable rows 100 90 80 70
Late pulls close grip 140 120 100 80

Had my normal meals except the boss took me to lunch. Good mecxican.

Shake in the morning 4 cups milk, 1 cup PB, one cup oats, banana

Snack greek yougurt with apples.

2 pork chops 10 egg whites.

Some mexican.enchilada

The other 2 cups of yogurt with apples.

Lift and had post workout shake.

Filet with sweet potato and salad.

2 cups cottage cheese.

This is close to an average day. Im pinning the other 500mg tommorow. Should have tren and iso soon
 
So i.did another 500mg test cyp thi morning. I didnt work out today mom went to the hospital so no gym tonight. I had my morninh shake like usual

2 cups greek yogurt with halo`s in em

4 skinless chicken tenders 5 egg whites

Same as above

2 more cups greek yogurt with halo

General chicken

2 cups cottage cheese
 
Yesterday didnt lift. Got mom home from the hospital. So today i lift! I dropped. 1 lb. This morning. Need to fit another meal in or cut cardio down to 3 days a week. Ill play with cardio first and see what happens
 
Well today was the day. Pinned tren and test iso. Both 50mg and no pip as of yet . Tommorow ill see what happens. Tonight i went with legs

Leg press 1 plate to 5 back down 10 -12
Deads 135 225 315 10 -12

Squats 185 4 / 10 -12

Curls 110 by 4 of 10-12

Calf press. 90 180 260 then 4 more

I did a little lighter workout today. But ill be hitting it much harder. Ill be pinning ed so this should hopefully cut down on some sides as well.
 
Just pinned and very little sorness from yesterday. going to do upper tonight and kill it!! Afyer i do tren i have this taste in the back of my throat. Normally im guessing
 
Just got back from the gym and have an insane pump!:-) love it! So o dont know how fast tren really works . Im at 50mg a day and did a gram cyp to front load. Ive done 100 mg test iso and tren ace so far. I felt different this morning when i got up. I was sore but had this overwhelming feeling of just fucking wow i feel great!!. I dobt sleep well to begine with and sweat like a pig as it is. Im always hot in general and have below normal blood preasure. So besides the aggressiveness which havnt had yet should be a sign. All the other stuff i am kinda like that to begin with. Guess ill just have to wait and see.

Morning shake

2 cups greek yogurt

2 pork chops and 5 egg whites

Yogurt with apples hour before lifting

Post workout shake

And dinner dont now yet

2 cups od cottage cheese before bed.

My workout was a little lighter fpr upper body to. Still supersetted evwrything though except shoulders

All 4 sets 10-12
Bb bench 90 135 165 for 12 and burn out
Rows 90 135 165 for 12 and burn out

Incline db 60`s
Lat pulls 140

Shoulder press 50`s for 10 -12 and 2 drops after 4 sets of 40`s then 30s

Bb curls 60 for 4
Pushdowns 80 for 4

And i was burnt by then with half the people watching me( or i thought anyways) thinkibg im a mad man running across the place from one superset to another! I love it though! ! :-) i live for this shit. So im thinking next week ill be uping it to 5 sets instead of 4 im just gonna mix up my drop days and superseting. Throw sone straights in once in awhile. Trying to keep a minute or less for all excersices. So to another great day of lifting and many more to come!
 
This morning im back to 195 . So got a lb from yesterday. I pinned this morning in my delt for the first time. Just having the oil warmed helps so much. So its time to eat!! Been eating pretty good and consistant. Im having to trade a little more sleeep for anothe. Meal tthough. It will work and i cut cardio to 3 days instead of 5

I did nothing today but eat and sleep. I weigjt 204 right now. 195 this morning. See what i look like in the morning. Energy seem to be getting a bit more than normal. I kinda been bouncing off the walls a little.

Had a shake for breakfast.

2 cups cottage cheese and salad

2 salmon burgers.

Homemade quesadilla

4 chicken strips skinless. 5 egg whites

2 cups cottage cheesw with hot ssauce

I think thats everything half asleep the whole day.feel pretty good. Im pretty damn sore too.
 
Im trying to eat thr best i can of the most i can. I weighed in at 202 this morning. So thats a pretty big jump for couple days. . Havnt done cardio in 3 days either
