I love doin these logs. They teach me alot and i get alot from reading my own later on. Learn alot from other logs too.
 
So my ? Is after 5 days and a week front load .....would the test and tren be in ful swing or wait another week before changing anything? And by change if anything i was going to raise the tren from 50mg to 60mg and leave the test at 350 a week. Side effect wis. Doing pretty well so far. Little more iirritable than usual. Acne on chest back and arms. No unusual sweeting day or night. Dont sleep as it is so nothing there. i cant run anymore though. My cardio is a slow jog. I weaze some once i get my heart rate so far up. Thats about it so far

So thats all for the day. Shoulder is doin good. Im doing my scare tissue therepy at hone and keeping shit in check. Wanting to up my workouts to in volume.
 
So this morning im 202. I feel incredible this morning as well. No sorness little pip( if any). Energy really high too. Sleep ok kinda wet when i got up. Othrr than that great!!
 
Today i trashed my legs.

Squats 115 155 185 6 sets
Deads 135 225 315 all 10 but 315 was 5 think i was gased from squats
Leg press 5 plates each side 6 sets of 10
Leg curl 105 6 set 10
Calf press 8 sets of 195

Do u eat cottage cheese before bed or Casin protein.
Good to have slow digesting
