that all depends...
Tren enanthate: yes, that would be a good starting dosage/week IF stacked with a long acting test (enanthate or cypionate). You don't want to take tren by itself.
Tren acetate: no that dosage needs to be more descriptive to do you any good, as acetate needs to be shot ED for best results. If it's your first time using it, most recomend no more than 50 - 75mgs ed. The acetate compound is best stacked with an equal or slightly greater amount of test suspension or propionate and shot ED.
