I loathe frequent injections, so I restrict myself to administering them only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

On Sundays, I prepare a 20 ml vial containing the compounds I plan to use for the week—never exceeding a total volume of about 10.5 ml—and, after mixing it thoroughly, I allow it to settle.

When the time comes to inject on my scheduled M/W/F routine, I simply draw the required amount into a 3 ml syringe.

I don't care about esters I just inject.
