Trenbolone enanthate 200mg/ml Valkyrie

Any idea how to get rid of these digestion sides from tren? Like bloated belly, reflux etc?
The thing that helped me the most was just making sure I stick to whole foods, and low FODMAP is even better if you can manage that.

Also, probiotic foods helped me too, cheese, Greek yogurt, and bone broth immediately come to mind

I tried pantoprazole, omeprazole, ashwagandha, eating lot of greens, doing a lot of cardio etc.

Omeprazole helped for stomach acid and reflux. 20mg before everry meal.

200mcg ghrp 6 20-30min before EVERY meal helped with the appetite (because i lost it on tren.)

Ashwagandha helped with the bloat.
But i took like 5g of it (insane amount), because low dosage doesnt do shit.

The stuff i need to get, to get rid of the tr3en sides, cost more then thhe cycle itself. Maybe someone knows a way to get rid of all with just one medication

I thought you were asking for assistance. Did these things work for you?

I like to try to remove the problem. Generally, I am not a fan of adding supplements/medications to combat issues if I can prevent it in other ways.

For example, when I blast, I don't drink because that is just one more thing your body has to process and can exacerbate sides from AAS.

The digestion on tren is a bitch and people never talk about it all everyone talks about it how tren makes u a psychopath but the digestion is brutal. Anyone else get a consistent cough while on tren? Like a cough every few minutes? I get that

Yes it does help but it is expensive.
Especially if you bulking on tren.

I cough a lot anyways just because of allergies. But I don't really get digestion issues on tren as long as I eat clean.

Try going to a low FODMAP diet and see if that helps. It could also help you save money on all of those supplements.

What does low fodmap, mean? First time, hearing this

FODMAP stands for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols, which are short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that the small intestine absorbs poorly. Some people experience digestive distress after eating them. Symptoms include: Cramping. Diarrhea.

Correct, so you want a diet that is LOW in FODMAP. I'll see if I can find a graphic

You don't have to stick strictly to this, BUT it'll help to start with foods only in green, and then slowly add back in other foods not in the green area to see how your body/gut reacts to them. This is more of an elimination style diet, where you eliminate foods and slowly add them back in to make sure you can tolerate them. You'd be surprised how much of a difference it can make in your digestion, even if you don't have Chron's or IBS or anything like that.

Lol this won't help yall with tren sides.
I always eat only the stuff in the green areea, and i still had shit digestion, bloated belly and zero appetite.
I dont know, for me only hard medicine helped haha

Ah, I forgot that since it doesn't work for you it won't work for anyone.
